What is coaching all about?
I team up with you to navigate lifestyle changes, mindset shifts and habits around nutrition, stress management, movement, sleep, and connection. This could be eating well for sports performance while navigating gut health issues; reducing stress and balancing your nervous system with a full schedule; finding motivation to stick to your exercise routine.
You might be here because setting goals feels hard or maintaining consistency is a struggle. Or maybe your doctor told you to make lifestyle changes and you have no idea where to start. You're in the right place — you don't have to figure it out on your own!
Through coaching, you can get clear on your long-term goals, identify the next steps, and walk alongside a guide who helps you stay the course. We delve deep into your priorities, talk about your values, and work together to craft a plan that feels personalized, realistic, and sustainable.

Athletes and active women looking for balance between training and the other parts of your life — you want to perform well in your sport, at work and at home, but you can't focus on it all at once and always feel like something has to give. Working with women runners is a particular passion of mine.
Clients with gut health challenges like IBS, SIBO and food allergies, which means so many of the standard health and nutrition recommendations don’t apply or are harder to navigate — you need a more personalized plan for long-term wellness.

I’ve worked in health, wellness and athletic performance for a long time: I ran my own massage practice for 20 years and have been a certified running coach since 2015. When I discovered functional medicine health coaching, it felt like a natural next step. I bring into it my natural intuition and empathy, a fascination for the connections in the human body and mind, and a deep desire to keep learning and make a difference.
I don’t believe you’re exploring coaching because you lack knowledge or need to be told what to do. You likely already have ideas and insights, but real change isn’t one-size-fits-all. You deserve to be treated as a whole person and the true expert in your own life. Think of me as a guide, helping you reach the destination you choose while supporting your decisions and self-discovery as we journey together.
I’m a lifelong athlete — former basketball player, now a distance runner — as well as a mom, wife, and business owner. I’ve navigated SIBO, burnout, shifting hormones, and eating for sports performance and for gut health. While I often tell my clients “listen to your body,” I also know it’s not always so simple.

90-minute clarity session - $150
Sometimes one powerful conversation is all you need to get unstuck. We’ll zero in on your current challenge, uncover fresh insights, and create a clear next step to move you forward. You'll take away your personalized action plan to start making meaningful changes right away.
Pack of 4, 8 or 12 sessions - from $85 per session
A series of sessions gives you focused support on a schedule that works for you, typically with weekly or biweekly meetings. We’ll dive deep into the areas that matter most to you — whether it’s balancing stress, improving energy, supporting gut health, or finding more consistency in your healthy habits. You’ll walk away with practical strategies and tools, plus the ongoing accountability to stay on track.
